Nazi Warhammer Singer Loses Bouncer Job
Following a two page expose in Newcastle upon Tyne’s Evening Chronicle newspaper, Rodney Aikin has been sacked from his job as a bouncer in a local pub. Aiken has convictions for violence and is lead singer for the Nazi band Warhammer.
The Chronicle began its story on the 15th April 2000, followed by further reporting on 19th when Newcastle City Council admitted that they knew of the man’s conviction for violent crime against an ex-girlfriend and also his racist activity. Aiken was banned from city pub doors pending a decision from Newcastle Council’s Licensing Committee who will review his bouncer registration.
