North East Election Results May 2005- National Front and BNP fail again.

Nine months on from a failed complaint against the Sunday Sun to the Press Complaints Council, Kevin Scott, BNP North East political supremo, has been shooting his mouth off again… and gets shot down in flames by the GMB.
Scott’s mistake leads to funding for TWAFA who thank Scott for the great PR job he’s done on their behalf.

Kevin Scott complains to the Press Complaints Commission (PCC) about language used, in a recent Sunday Sun article, to describe a convicted criminal.
The criminal, in fact, is Scott himself.

BNP regional organiser, Kevin Scott, fields 17 British National Party (BNP) candidates for June 2004 local elections.
Gateshead is an area with a very strong and well established Jewish community. Scott and many of the remaining leadership of the BNP, including party head Nick Griffin, deny the reality of the Holocaust in Germany during the Nazi Third Reich.

With candidates fielded in every ward, the BNP has again chosen Sunderland as its main North East target for June’s elections (2004).
Last year’s attempt at gaining a seat on Sunderland Council failed. This year’s stakes are higher - the BNP are fielding 3 additional candidates in June’s Euro elections.
